Steenbergs Organic First Flush Darjeeling loose leaf from Happy Valley is a treat. SFTGFOP1 grade tea from the 2018 plucking. Happy Valley is the highest grown tea from the Darjeeling region.

The leaves are full of green buds and liberal amounts of white tips. Brew it light and ease yourself into a delicate, delicious experience: sweet meadowgrass and peachy flavours with tones of sweet almond and candied fruits.

Put 1 teaspoon of Happy Valley First Flush Darjeeling Tea leaves per cup. bring fresh water to the boil, leave to cool slightly (15-30 seconds) and then pour over the Happy Valley tea leaves. Allow to brew for 3 - 5 minutes. Don't leave the tea leaves to stew!
