Steenbergs decaffeinated loose leaf black tea has been decaffeinated using the CO2 (carbon dioxide) method and has approximately 0.2% caffeine versus 2.3% in the raw black tea. This tea is from the Uva Highlands and is a mild tea with medium red-brown colour.

Into warmed teapot, put 1 teaspoon per cup plus one for the pot. Bring freshly drawn water to the boil, then pour over Steenbergs organic decaffeinated loose leaf tea. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
