Darker roasted, this is a very smooth, full bodied coffee with great character and depth of flavour. Excellent for Espresso. Grown by Sumatran co-operative KBQB, which has around 6,500 farmer members and is helping to establish clinics and schools for the producers and their families. Fairtrade certification has allowed investment in a potable water system and improvements in production through rehabilitating older farms.
