It has tremendous depth of mildly sweet, yellow spicy delight and layer upon layer of Cape curry flavour: Imagine cumin, coriander, star anise, fennel, cinnamon, clove, fenugreek, ginger, mustard and chilli.
Yellow Cape Curry paste is a little milder and sweeter than the more robust Red Cape Curry paste. It works well with butternut squash, lentils and chicken.
